BVCASA addresses substance abuse and addiction through a wide array of services provided within the Brazos Valley.  From prevention in schools, to substance abuse treatment, and education services, we are the only Council on Alcohol and Substance Abuse in the seven-county region providing these vital services to those who need them the most.
